Warranty Information, Terms and Conditions for gogopalTM Q4.3 and Q5.0 Thank you for buying this gogopalTM product. Pioneer Concepts Pte. Ltd., Etagivan Sdn. Bhd. and gogopalTM warrants this gogopalTM GPS product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase from the original dealer or retailer. Online auction confirmations are not accepted for warranty verification. Pioneer Concepts Pte. Ltd., Etagivan Sdn. Bhd. and gogopalTM will not replace missing components from any package purchased through an online auction. This warranty does not cover failures due to ingress of water, abuse, misuse, accident or unauthorised modification or repairs or uploading of third party vendor mapping data. Use of pirated or illegal copy of software will void the warranty. Warranty is void once the product or accessories are tampered with. Pioneer Concepts Pte. Ltd., Etagivan Sdn. Bhd. and gogopalTM assumes no responsibility for special, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, or loss of use. In no event shall Pioneer Concepts Pte. Ltd., Etagivan Sdn. Bhd. or gogopalTM be liable for consequential loss or damages, including loss of use or loss of profits resulting from the product.
In the event of defects covered by this warranty arising during the warranty period, the equipment should at the expense of the customer be sent, together with the warranty card and the original sales receipt, to gogopal at the following address:

The warranty for the accessories including the AC charger, car charger, in-car cradle, mini-stand, mini USB cable, battery and other non-electronic parts is for 1 months. This warranty does not cover expandable items including GPS antenna, chassis, cover casing/pouch, LCD and FOC items. It is compulsory to produce the original copy of the warranty card with the original dealer’s or retailer’s stamp and the original sales receipt from the original dealer or retailer, when requesting for warranty repairs. Any alteration or amendment to the warranty card will void the warranty. Defacing or removing the serial number or warranty seal on the device also will void the warranty. Pioneer Concepts Pte. Ltd. and gogopalTM will at its sole discretion, repair or replace any components which fail in normal use. Such repairs or replacement will be made at no charge to the customer for parts and labour only. However, the customer shall be responsible for any transportation cost incurred. Online auction confirmations are not accepted for warranty verification. Pioneer Concepts Pte. Ltd. and gogopalTM will not replace missing components from any package purchased through an online auction. Request for replacement or repair within the warranty period without producing this warranty card will not be entertained. This warranty is in lieu of any, and all other warranties expressed or implied, specially including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The Pioneer Concepts Pte. Ltd. or gogopal™ assumes no liability for the breach of the warranty beyond correcting the breach in the manner described above. In no event shall Pioneer Concepts Pte. Ltd. or gogopalTM be liable for consequential loss or damages, including loss of use or loss of profits resulting from the product.
